From these pie charts we can see that the majority of residents in the Millenium Mills area are living in a one person and multiple persons households. This shows us that there is a demand for more young persons and family housing as the largest age group of residents living in the area are between  the ages of 16-29 and 30-44. Moreover we can see that social rented and private rented are the top two types of occupiers and that over half of the population live in flats/ apartments and that there is a low demand for car parking as the majority of residents do not own a car.
