Silver town have plans to convert the millennium mills building into flexible spaces for all sizes of businesses', this will be a contribution to the 5 million sq ft  of commercial space. Over a third of the 3,00 homes are designated as affordable. We have taken inspiration from this proposal and have planned to regenerate part of the millennium mills for local buisnesses.
